Black Men's Mental Health and Wellness Conference

A ground-breaking event where participants will hear from community leaders, alumni and therapists who will share their inspirational stories, coping skills, workable strategies and resources for achieving mental health/wellness.

It will be explored as an essential part of well-being for individuals, families, and the Black community. Our workshop will discuss mental health from a holistic standpoint by exploring the core determinants of health and how various institutions interact and reinforce one another. Participants will hear from a panelist and facilitators of Black men who are community leaders, alumni and therapists who will share their inspirational stories, experiences, coping skills, workable strategies, encouragement to seek help, and resources for achieving mental health/wellness.
